FACE Clinic was founded by Nurse Practitioner Tara Morgan in 2019, originally operating as Face by Tara Morgan and Cosmedi Co. As the clinic has grown, so too has our vision, evolving into FACE Clinic. A clinic providing evidence based cosmetic medicine, advanced skin therapies and health care services. Led by a Nurse Practitioner, our team combines advanced clinical expertise with a strong commitment to safety and personalised, patient-centred care.
Tara is the founder and Nurse Practitioner behind FACE Clinic.
Tara began her nursing career in 2008 as an Enrolled Nurse before completing a Bachelor of Nursing to become a Registered Nurse.
In 2019, Tara transitioned into cosmetic nursing, combining her clinical knowledge and passion for patient-centered care. She later completed a Master of Nurse Practitioner, achieving endorsement by AHPRA as a Nurse Practitioner.
Tara maintains a keen interest in evidence based cosmetic medicine, skin and women's health, ensuring her practice reflects the latest clinical knowledge and professional standards. She is committed to providing safe, supportive, and respectful care for each individual.

Jess joined the FACE in 2025 and brings with her over 16 years of experience as a Registered Nurse. Jess has worked across a variety of healthcare settings, including acute care, renal nursing, community health, and aged care, and is now expanding her expertise in the cosmetic clinic sector with a focus on dermal therapies.
Jess holds a Bachelor of Nursing, a Graduate Certificate in Health (Scheduled Medicines – RIPERN), and additional qualifications in haemodialysis, immunisation, infection control, and advanced life support.
With a warm and professional approach, Jess ensures that every client feels supported throughout their consultation and treatment process as a Nurse Practitioner.
Jess consults from our Camperdown Pharmacy location, where she provides a range of services.
